The prices above are the parts of one hold. The hold is kept only if the comic succeeds. A failed story, failed panel, partial comic, or timeout refunds the full hold. Other models and resolutions cost more per panel.
The practical details behind credits and billing.
A comic is one hold: 1 credit for the storyboard plus 4 credits per panel on GPT Image 2.5 at 1K, so a two-panel comic is 9, a three-panel comic is 13, and a four-panel comic is 17. The hold is kept only if the comic succeeds. If writing, drawing, or assembly fails, or the job times out, the full hold is refunded. Downloading the PNG does not cost extra credits.

No. One-time pack credits stay on your account until you use them.
You download the comics you create and choose where to publish them. All comics you generate can be used for personal and commercial projects, including social media, marketing, and merchandise. No separate license purchase is needed. Comicly.app does not add them to a public gallery for you. You are responsible for the text and reference content you provide, and for checking the result before you post it. This is not a separate copyright assignment, and use is subject to the terms of the upstream AI model providers.
If a comic is not delivered, the full credit hold is returned automatically, including timeouts. For billing or pack refund requests, contact [email protected] and include the account email and order reference.
