Payment card details are handled by Waffo Pancake and are not directly stored by our application.

We use personal data to authenticate users, process payments, operate subscriptions, deliver generated content, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

We only share data with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run the platform, such as payment processors, storage providers, and hosting vendors.

Account and generation data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by reputable cloud providers, and generated images are stored in secured cloud object storage. Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, and is deleted or anonymized afterwards.

We protect data in transit with TLS encryption and restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel and systems through authentication, access controls, and least-privilege permissions. Payment card details are processed and stored by Waffo Pancake under PCI-DSS compliant controls and never touch our servers.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and abuse, and we will notify affected users and regulators of any personal data breach where required by law.
